Hadassah is the Hebrew name of Queen Esther (Esther 2:7). “Mordecai had a cousin named Hadassah, whom he had brought up.” Hadassah's name is changed to Esther so she can become queen and represent her people with loyalty, integrity, grace and strength.  Esther is a role model because she was known to be as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside.  Hadassah means "compassion," and this company was founded on the premise of compassion.
