"PASS THE PEAS, PLEASE!!!" An exciting book of verse that commemorates the Historical South Carolina State University through the eyes of a child is due to be released in 2018. Already, there's excitement from alumni, employees, students and fans.

The preliminary details of Oh, To Be A Bulldog! indicate that a unique story with various and specific components of South Carolina State University will be an excellent, insightful read that captures and retains the readers’ attention. Highlights of a Bulldog’s Homecoming are overwhelming. The written words will provide engaging and surreal experiences.
